Aromatherapy is associated with making a room smell better or something used in a similar way as cologne. What many do not realize is that Aroma-therapy can be a beneficial health tool, even in small amounts! Did you know that an essential oil can cross the blood-brain barrier? Or that often "less is more”? Also, that there is a great deal of association between smells and memories.
In my practice, I utilize essential oils in a more clinical application and work with each individual client getting a detailed health history, create specific blend(s) or utilize specific single essential oils. By taking the time to learn about your body’s story, I can make sure that the essential oils I choose will not interact with any medication and help use work to achieving your health goal(s).
