LifeSkills Connection Inc is the prime operator of the Philadelphia Job Corps Outreach, Admission, and Career Transition Services. This includes providing OA/CTS for the following centers: Frenchburg (KY), Great Onyx (KY), Pine Knot (KY), Harpers Ferry (WV), and Flatwoods (VA).

We strive to help students access the opportunities offered by Job Corps, guide them through the program, and assist them as they transition into the workforce.
