Alex Munoz, Sr. Operations Director
Alex Munoz joined our LifeSkills corporate team on January 30th of 2023; he is the Sr. Operations Director. Alex's responsibilities include oversight of the operational personnel, facilitate training, and administer support strategies. What inspires him the most about his profession is the challenge of developing solutions alongside people who carry the same amount of passion for improving the workforce industry as he does. Alex has over 17 years of experience with Job Corps in the Social Development, Training, and Finance/Administration realms. He attended Garden City Community College as a collegiate athlete, then transferred to Kansas State University, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He later earned his Master's of Business Administration. During his free time, Alex enjoys hiking, traveling, and visiting friends and family.
Melissa Graf joins our LifeSkills corporate team with 20 years of Job Corps experience. She has held various roles in various departments including Center Director, Corporate Social Development and Operations Director, Counseling, Student Leadership, Recreation, and Residential Living. She joins our team as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development. Melissa's passion is for developing staff to provide high quality services to our Job Corps students. Melissa graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Family Life and Community Service. She later earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Cheryce Jeter joined our LifeSkills corporate team in 2024 as an Operations Director. Cheryce's responsibilities include providing technical assistance for Residential, Recreation, Career Technical Training, Career Preparation, Career Readiness, Academics and Counseling. What inspires her the most about her profession is the development of staff, operations and ensuring students' success. Cheryce has experience with Job Corps in the Social Development, Programing, Academics, Career Technical Training, Career Preparation and Counseling realms. She attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Human Services and later earned her Master's of Business Administration at Lindenwood University. During her free time, Cheryce enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with her two children and husband.
Daniella Wartner joined the LifeSkills team in May 2024 as an Operations Director. She has held various roles as a Center Director, Deputy Director, OACTS Director, and Admissions Counselor in over six different Job Corps’ Centers. Daniella is a motivated self-starter who has a passion for building teams and identifying ways to improve operations in the Job Corps’ Program. She is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a degree in Bachelor of Science with a focus in Business Management. Daniella is a teacher by trade and has taught all ages ranging from Pre-K to college after earning her Master's in Education from the University of Washington. In her spare time, you can find Daniella hiking, traveling or spending time with her Goldendoodle, Luna, and Sheepadoodle, Lady.
