Tammi Erlbacher, Project Manager

Tammi Erlbacher joined our LifeSkills corporate team on September 2024. She is the Project Manager and One Stop Operator for the Iowa Plains Region. Tammi has over 14 years of experience in child welfare at the residential and in-home settings. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Nebraska Wesleyan University, then transferred to the University of Nebraska-Omaha to complete her Masters’ degree. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her house plants and teaching religious education at her church.

Cindy Clack-Jacquet, Program Coordinator

Cindy joined the LifeSkills Connection-Connect team July 1, 2024. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2002 with a B.S. In Family Studies and Community Service. Cindy has 15 years of Job Corps experience within the social development and training departments. She is passionate about making connections with young people and helping them along their educational and career journey. In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling with her husband Paul, attending sporting events, and cooking/baking for friends and family .
