Haley Ostenberg - Licensed Massage Therapist

Hi! My name is Haley and I am a licensed massage therapist. I attended the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines and graduated in May of 2021. From there I became an independent contractor working at a spa in Clive. 

I have recently moved to Carroll and brought my skills and love for massage therapy with me! I am so excited to become part of the team here at Holistic Health. I look forward to working next to the beautiful, caring souls that this team has! I am also thrilled to learn more about all of the services here and experiencing them myself. The atmosphere allows you to fully relax and find peace in a fast-paced, busy world. I am more than happy to be a part of your relaxation time here. 

My approach to massage therapy is all about you! We can customize your experience to fit your specific needs. I can perform anywhere from light pressure to deep tissue. Another important aspect I include in my massages is the energy and flow. We want you to leave holistic health feeling great - inside and out! I always ensure a relaxing flow of techniques along with Metta (loving-kindness) energy spilling from my heart to yours.

During my free time I enjoy meditating, doing yoga, painting, walks around Swan Lake and cuddling my cats!
