Dr. Kira Baca - Chiropractic, Reiki Master

My name is Dr. Kira Baca and I am a 2019 graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic. I am very excited to be working at the Healing Heart Center, surrounded by like-minded individuals who promote whole body healing, and offer a variety of holistic approaches to health and wellness. As a Chiropractor of the HHC, I look forward to offering quality chiropractic care to the QC community that forces on the root of the problem, as well as treating the symptoms it causes. I believe good health starts with a whole-body approach centered around healthy lifestyle and eating habits. I enjoy working with patients to achieve individualized healthcare goals on their personal journey toward optimal health.

I offer a variety of adjusting methods, including manual adjusting as well as low force techniques such as Activator and Applied Kinesiology. I have been initiated in Holy Reiki III, at the Master level. Energy work continues to be a personal journey I have thoroughly enjoyed taking, and sharing with others. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog Quinn, biking the many extensive paved trails in the Quad Cities area, and cooking allergy-friendly homemade meals.
