LifeSkills Connection Incorporated provides services in workforce development at the local, state, and federal level, specializing in adult and youth education and training, placement and transition services, outreach and admissions with the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps.

LifeSkills Connection Incorporated is a certified, veteran-owned small business with locations in Manning and Bettendorf Iowa established in 2016 and incorporated in 2018. 

LifeSkills Connection Incorporated owns and operates a counseling and wellness center and supports Job Corps operators in center operations, quality assurance and data analysis, outreach and admissions, career transition services, and corporate operational support.

Our team is led by Steve Reitan, President with over 29 years’ experience in Job Corps, outreach and admission, and career transition experience at the center and corporate level as well as a consultant for the national office of Job Corps.

Mr. Reitan’s experience in Job Corps includes over 10 years as the Center Director and provided direct oversight of multiple state workforce development contracts.
