Our yoga focuses on alleviating pain, creating more space in the body (especially in the joints), and making sure the systems of the body, such as the organs and endocrine system, are functioning optimally by creating good structure and form. Our practice also focuses on identifying misalignments in your body and realigning them, while giving you exercises to continue to do at home. Students will leave feeling refreshed, less stressed, and with less pain. This yoga is perfect for any age and for those who have never practiced yoga before or have injuries.
